Which type of wire stitcher head?
The assortment of stitching heads of FAST 'N FINISH is no doubt the biggest on the market.
We do not only supply stitching heads of the brands Hohner®, DeLuxe (late Bostitch)® and Interlake®, but also offer substitute stitching heads for Müller Martini®.
"SWIVEL STYLE" STITCHING HEAD
Brands of these traditional stitchinghead are DeLuxe (late Bostitch), Magnatek, M2000, Champion, Acmé, ISP and Interlake.
Available in 3 types; one for round wire and one for flat wire and one for loopstitching.
Nowadays the "round wire" version is supplied with a magnetic swivel. This gives a better performance and less wear and tear.
STITCHING HEAD WITH SIDE-FEED
This 'new' type of stitching head is more secure than the "swivel style" stitchinghead and has less moving (wear and tear) parts. Consequently you can maintain the head easily by yourself and the maintenance cost stay limited.
SUBSTITE HEADS FOR MÜLLER MARTINI
DeLuxe (late Bostitch) produces substitue heads for Müller Martini type HK75V, HK75 and HK45. These heads are of a superb quality!
Also the parts of the stitching heads of DeLuxe (type DB75V, type DB75 and type DB45) are interchangeable.
