No transportation costs for orders above € 100,-- (ex VAT).
For order below € 100,-- we charge € 9,50.
These costs are mentioned separatly at the end of your order.

Delivery time
We have our own warehouse and we keep nearly everything on stock.
Short delivery times for products that are (temporaraly) not on stock, thanks to good conditions with our supliers
Delivery on working days (monday till friday), normaly between 8:30 and 17:00 hour
Note: If delivery of the goods is not possible because of you (by example mentioning a wrong delivery address), full shipping costs will be charged on your account.
Downloads
Downloads (manuals and schematics) will not be sent separatly, but are immidiately available in your custom account after your payment (even if the amount is € 0,00).
Go to "My Dowloads" on your account-page and click on the button to safe the download on your computer.
PDF-files must be opened after safing the file on your computer.
Note: Manuals are only available as download, when you bought your tool(s) in our webshop.
